I will help you to find structural harmonics through sentient movement using over a decade of combined skill sets such as ashtanga, iyengar, hatha, restorative and rehabilitative yoga; pilates, craniosacral therapy, conscious and somatic movement; breath support, floorwork, ball work, roller work, footwork, breathing techniques, grounding techniques and meditation; our options are limitless.
We can work with injuries and concussion symptoms you may be experiencing, focusing on rest, breath and mindfulness to help you recover at a pace that works for you.
I have worked with musicians, olympic athletes, and stressed out CEOs; in the end our body and mind hold the answers; we just need to slow down long enough to listen.
