Sarah’s artistic engagement through the decades has included design, styling, art, fashion, artistic direction and installation. She is most content to be with all the elements revealed in any given moment; embracing all the stories that each experience holds.

She promotes sentient movement; the way things feel, to create a structural harmonic within the body and mind. This work was very supportive in restoring neuroplasticity with concussion injuries. She also used these methods when working with Equestrians and their connection with their horses, shaping an awareness of the interplay between the athletes body, mechanics, habits and how they relate to and affect the horses response and patterns.
