Sarah Rotenberg is a creative artist inspired by different media. She avoids preconceived ideas to generate individual experience. She has a sentience for colour, rhythm, shape and texture. She lives in abstract unknowns as well as deeply within present moments.
She weaves through artistic endeavours that don’t always have shape or form. Creative interplay is her most dynamic pursuit. She allows different media to flow effortlessly, interweaving and expressing their way.
Sarah’s artistic engagement through the decades has included costume design, styling, art, fashion, artistic direction and installation. She is most content to be with all the elements revealed in any given moment; embracing all the stories that each experience holds.

Sarah’s artistic engagement through the decades has included costume design, styling, art, fashion, artistic direction and installation. She is most content to be with all the elements revealed in any given moment; embracing all the stories that each experience holds.
Sarah loves the reciprocity of styling. Seeing what comes alive on a person, in a storefront or behind a lens. The media she works with determine the art that she creates. Ink differs from pencil, paint from clay, photography from movement. Each has it’s own way of expressing.
Yoga is an art form Sarah has explored, as well as Craniosacral therapy to help others dive into deeper depths of their own connectivity.

She promotes sentient movement; the way things feel, to create a structural harmonic within the body and mind. This work was very supportive in restoring neuroplasticity with concussion injuries. She also used these methods when working with Equestrians and their connection with their horses, shaping an awareness of the interplay between the athletes body, mechanics, habits and how they relate to and affect the horses response and patterns.
Sarah encourages us to dive inside the sensations of our own experiences. An illumination of any aspect gives us a hint of the mastery of the whole.
Art is everywhere, if you let it.
